I am a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, and I have over 15 year’s legal experience working in the UK and New York.

My legal career started in 1994. Having grown up in and around Bristol, I trained and qualified at Richards Butler International Law Firm (now part of Reed Smith), before moving to work with James Dyson as in-house intellectual property lawyer for two years. I then worked for eight years as an intellectual property and new media lawyer for Orange, in New York and the UK. In 2006 I left Orange and set up a legal practice in New York.  In early 2012 I moved my practice with my young family back to Bristol.

I hold an LLB from Southampton University and qualified as a solicitor in 1996. My Solicitors Regulation Authority ID number is 5312.
